SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping.
Currently, our merchandise (mugs, notebooks, and logo stickers) take about 2-7 business days to ship. Our book takes about 1-3 business days to ship. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in multiple packages.
We will make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Keep in mind we are a small team of humans, and we aren’t completely perfect.
We ship our products both domestically and internationally. The exact shipping times depend based on your specific location. If you’re down the street from us, you will receive your items much faster than if you live in Australia. And, if you really are down the street, maybe we can meet up and have lunch?
We currently do not offer returns on our products. We do offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
* Autographed books
* Books with obvious signs of use
* Downloadable software products
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] with a detailed description of the damage.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
